Can't stand us playing Rock Band
Must find a new home
I was going to make an entry all about how work makes my life a perpetual state of mediocrity, but instead, Jess suggested I make a lovely chart to more succinctly, and beautifully illustrate my point.

This is fabulous!

Nice chart.
Although I have one observation; if you spend all your weekend exponentially increasing your dread of going back to work, you're giving away precious brain time to work that you could be devoting to more positive things! Like Jess, food, sleep and reasonably legal ways of entertaining yourself. Work on that weekend dread, dude!

Amanda, that's pretty much my problem with the whole thing, but since it happened to me when I was working at that evil place*, I do understand. Of course, I only got one day off at a time, which meant that my dread hadn't increased as much , but also that I hadn't had much time to regain my soul. The net effect was probably about the same.
*Read: for that evil woman.

Work dread is what keeps us going. I think.

That is a very impressive and depressing chart.
