Best results ae obtained if you first totally uninstall .8 before installing .9. If all goes as planned it will give you a dialog box to import your bookmarks, settings etc, from your .8 settings.
Fortunatly, I have my update-installing slave to do that for me...

I have decided to try Firefox. I'm not using it right this second, because Will left an IE window open and I'm lazy, but based on my brief experience last night I like it so far. I haven't messed with the settings yet, but it seems quite user-friendly. My only complaint so far is, like all Netscape-based browsers, the [rotflmao] icon rolls too quickly and makes me dizzy.

I noticed that about the [rotflmao] icon, too - which must mean it was rolling more slowly before the update, or I wouldn't have noticed the difference, right?
Also, Heath installed this extension called "Firesomething", which changes the name of Mozilla to a random selection from an assortment of adjective/animal noun combinations whenever you start it up. Also, we changed "Mozilla" to "Moozilla."
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...firesomething.
